Return and Refund Policies – All In One Consumables

Returns and Exchanges:

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 (Seven) days from the delivery date.
• To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
• To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team at returns@allinoneconsumables.co.za within the aforementioned timeframe. Include your order number, details of the item(s) for return or exchange, and the reasons for the return.
• Upon approval of your return, you will receive guidance on how to proceed.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days after we receive the returned item and inspect its condition.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or to your bank account.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used printer consumables.
• Items without their original packaging.
• Items returned after the specified return period.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@allinoneconsumables.co.za with photographic evidence before opening the product packaging. We will provide return instructions and offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
