Delivery Policy – All In One Consumables
(Effective Date: 01-01-2026)

Delivery Estimates:

• Order Handling Time:
  • Standard Delivery: 1 – 5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1 – 3 business days
• Transit Time:
  • Standard Delivery: 4 – 7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2 – 4 business days
• Order Cutoff Time:
  • All orders made after 11 AM will be processed on the following business day.
  • All orders made on public holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Commencement:
The delivery estimate starts upon the reflection of payment in our bank account, not at the time of order placement.

Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM. No deliveries will occur on public holidays and weekends.

Delivery Methods:
All In One Consumables is responsible for couriering products to the nominated physical address for delivery unless you choose self-collection.

Delivery Charges:

• Standard Delivery: R80
• Express Delivery: R200
• Free delivery for orders above R1200
• Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice, but will be visible in your cart during checkout.

Delivery Window:
All In One Consumables commits to delivering Products within the specified estimates or promptly, but not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from payment receipt (“Delivery Window”). Notification will be provided if delivery extends beyondthe estimates or the Delivery Period. Within 7 (seven) days of such notification, you may choose to cancel your order. In case of cancellation, All In One Consumables will reimburse the purchase price as per our Refund Policy.

Obligation and Risk:
All In One Consumables fulfills its obligation to deliver upon reaching the nominated physical address. We are not liable for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after successful delivery to the nominated physical address.
